Mclusky Do Dallas by Mclusky
albums of 2002 list when it came out. Mclusky is a pretty rad band. They play very short and loud songs with very absurd lyrics. Lots of catchy and crunchy guitar hooks, drunken, frenetic energy, deranged crazy man vocals. The music is here sounds very messy, but not at all sloppy. The self deprecating attitude on display here really adds a lot of charm to the music. The music is entertaining and frequently hilarious, without ever being jokey or comical.
