Raining In Baltimore - Counting Crows
Raining In Baltimore - Counting Crows... Amazing... :)

Counting Crows, Raining in Baltimore, 8/12/08
First 4:00 of 'Raining in Baltimore' performed by Counting Crows, August 12, 2008, at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC), Saratoga NY. In honor of Isaac Hays, Counting Crows performed a live rendition of the album, 'August and Everything After', from beginning (Round Here), to end (A Murder of One). I was incredibly fortunate to attend such a wonderful show. After ten years they still find ways to amaze me. *End of the song is cut because the battery on my camera was dying

Raining in Baltimore (Counting Crows) - Allison Crowe (live)
Counting Crows' lead vocalist and writer, Adam Duritz, inspired musician Allison Crowe to become a singer-songwriter. The yound Canadian first began performing for audiences in 1996 earning hometown glory up and down Vancouver Island, Canada. Crowe played in coffee-houses and clubs from the time she was 15 years old. Alongside her repertoire of more than 100 original songs, Allison Crowe likes to include covers song, as well, each concert. The first song she ever covered was the Counting Crows' song "Raining in Baltimore". (Crowe's early, solo and band repertoire, includes diverse choices - Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah", Radiohead's "Creep" along with songs of Pearl Jam, Tori Amos, Ani difranco and others. People appreciate Crowe's passionate interpretations and she still loves to cover these songs.) In 2004, for her debut full-length album, "Secrets", Crowe recorded "Raining in Baltimore". The version heard here is a live recording from Allison Crowe's "Secrets" tour of that same year. music.allisoncrowe.com
