It seems like I was there from the start

A witness to your wild and reckless heart

You showed me the way but now you're gone

Quicker than the trigger of an outlaw's gun
Living fast and dying young

A victim of this road you left me on

White line took my baby
Ab Eb Bb Eb
Led him down that dark highway
Ab Eb Bb Eb
Headlight blind driving crazy

If my wheels keep turning

Gonna roll that white line away

We worked the road as hard as we could drive her

But now I am the only survivor
Ab Eb Bb
From night to night at every place I play in

The sweetness of your song remains
I'll be the keeper of the flame

Til every soul hears what your heart was saying

Nonesuch Records will release Emmylou Harris' new album All I Intended to Be on June 10.
This is Harris' third release on Nonesuch and her first solo effort since 2003's Stumble Into Grace. Of the selected material, Harris explains, "I've always seen myself as a relentless songfinder, a singer of other people's work whom I admire greatly, and an occasional songwriter." A North American summer tour in support of the record begins May 23 in California with more dates to be announced shortly.
Recorded over a four-year span primarily at producer Brian Ahern's Easter Island Surround in Nashville, for the first time in 25 years, this album returns Harris to the producer she worked with for her first 11 albums. Taking its title from a line in the featured Harris-John Starling duet "Old Five and Dimers Like Me" (Billy Joe Shaver), the record includes both original material as well as some of Harris' favorite songs. As Fader magazine notes, "Harris' records are distinguished by an almost curatorial respect for the artifacts..." Longtime friends Kate and Anna McGarrigle co-wrote and sing on two tracks, "How She Could Sing the Wildwood Flower" and "Sailing Round the Room," while Dolly Parton, Vince Gill and Buddy Miller also contribute vocals on the album.
A twelve-time Grammy winner and Billboard Century Award recipient, Emmylou Harris' contribution as a singer and songwriter spans 40 years. She has recorded more than 25 albums and has lent her talents to countless fellow artists' recordings. In recognition of her remarkable career, Harris will be inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame on April 27. Of Harris, Tammy Genovese, CMA Chief Executive Officer says, "(Emmylou) possesses the voice of an angel. She is one of the most revered song interpreters on the planet, and has been instrumental in preserving country music's past while expanding country music's horizons throughout her career." New York's WFUV also honors Harris this spring, recognizing the singer with the Sound and Vision Award at its annual spring gala at Sotheby's on April 29.

One too many mornings - bob dylan & Johnny Cash
Bob dylan and johnny cash perform one too many mornings.Robert Allen Zimmerman, May 24, 1941) is an American singer-songwriter, author, musician, poet, and, of late, disc jockey who has been a major figure in popular music for five decades. Much of Dylan's most celebrated work dates from the 1960s, when he became an informal chronicler and a reluctant figurehead of American unrest. A number of his songs, such as "Blowin' in the Wind" and "The Times They Are a-Changin'",[2] became anthems of the anti-war and civil rights movements. His most recent studio album, Modern Times, released on August 29, 2006, entered the U.S. album charts at #1, making him, at age sixty five, the oldest living person to top those charts.[3] It was later named Album of the Year by Rolling Stone magazine.[4]
Dylan's early lyrics incorporated politics, social commentary, philosophy and literary influences, defying existing pop music conventions and appealing widely to the counterculture. While expanding and personalizing musical styles, he has shown steadfast devotion to many traditions of American song, from folk and country/blues to gospel, rock and roll and rockabilly, to English, Scottish and Irish folk music, even jazz and swing.[5][6]
Dylan performs with the guitar, keyboard and harmonica. Backed by a changing lineup of musicians, he has toured steadily since the late 1980s on what has been dubbed the "Never Ending Tour". He has also performed alongside other major artists, such as John Fogerty, The Band, Tom Petty, Joan Baez, George Harrison, The Grateful Dead, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Paul Simon, Eric Clapton, Patti Smith, Emmylou Harris, Bruce Springsteen, U2, The Rolling Stones, Joni Mitchell, Jack White, Merle Haggard, Jeff Lynne, Neil Young, Van Morrison, Ringo Starr and Stevie Nicks. Although his accomplishments as performer and recording artist have been central to his career, his songwriting is generally regarded as his greatest contribution.[7]
Over many years, Dylan has been recognized and honored for his songwriting, performing, and recording. His records have earned Grammy, Golden Globe, and Academy Awards, and he has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame and Songwriters Hall of Fame. In 1999, Dylan was included in TIME Magazine's 100 most influential people of the 20th century, and 2004, he was ranked #2 in Rolling Stone magazine's list of "Greatest Artists of All Time", second only to The Beatles.[8] In January 1990, Dylan was made a Commandeur des Arts et des Lettres by French Minister of Culture Jack Lang; in 2000, he was awarded the Polar Music Prize by the Royal Swedish Academy of Music[9]; and in 2007, Dylan was awarded the Prince of Asturias Award in Arts. He has been nominated several times for the Nobel Prize in Literature.[10][11][12]
In 2008, Dylan was awarded a Pulitzer Prize Special Citation for his "profound impact on popular music and American culture, marked by lyrical compositions of extraordinary poetic power."[13] Previous recipients of this award include Thelonious Monk and John Coltrane. [14]
For a complete list of awards won by Bob Dylan, see List of Bob Dylan awards and accolades. from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bob_dylan Johnny Cash, born J. R. Cash, (26 February 1932 - 12 September 2003), was a Grammy Award-winning American country singer-songwriter. Cash is widely considered to be one of the most influential American musicians of the 20th century.
Cash was known for his deep, distinctive voice, the boom-chick-a-boom or "freight train" sound of his Tennessee Three backing band, his demeanor, and his dark clothing, which earned him the nickname "The Man in Black." He traditionally started his concerts with the introduction "Hello, I'm Johnny Cash."
Much of Cash's music, especially that of his later career, echoed themes of sorrow, moral tribulation, and redemption. His signature songs include "I Walk the Line," "Folsom Prison Blues," "Ring of Fire," "Get Rhythm," "That Old Wheel" (a duet with Hank Williams Jr.), "Cocaine Blues," and "Man in Black". He also recorded several humorous songs, such as "One Piece at a Time," "The One on the Right Is on the Left," "Dirty Old Egg-Sucking Dog," "A Boy Named Sue," and a duet with June Carter called "Jackson"; and various railroad songs, such as "Rock Island Line" and "Orange Blossom Special".
He sold over 90 million albums in his nearly fifty-year career and came to occupy a "commanding position in music history".[1]from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johnny_Cash

Whether you want to believe it or not, words have power. Certain words normally always are spoken when spells are cast. The Bible teaches there is such a thing as spells and thus there exists the ability to cast spells.
There shall not be found among you anyone who casts a spell -Deuteronomy 18:10 NASB
Words are part of spell casting all of which is part of what the Bible calls the sorcery of Babylon.
All the nations were deceived by your sorcery. -Revelation 18:23
You can create and destroy with words and you can mold with words. God's creation came into being by the spoken word. (Read Genesis chapter 1).
Then God said, "Let there be light"; and there was light. -Genesis 1:3
The first words of the New Testament read like this.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. -John 1:1-2
In short, words have power. When ever you say the words, "I Am," stop and think what you are going to say next. For you'll become what you say. If, for example, men who keep saying "that pisses me off," or "I am pissed off," will in time develop prostate problems and have trouble urinating. If people always say, "I am sick and tired of," they will become sick and tired.
Now with that said, I say to you, never say to your children be foolish, stupid, senseless, ignorant. Never say to your son be weak, foolish, effeminate. "Well, I would never say that to my son," oh yeah you would. It's done all the time. When you say to him, "now be nice, be a nice boy," what you are saying is be foolish, be stupid, be senseless, be ignorant and unknowing.
You see that is what the word "nice" means. Read to the definition from the Online Etymology Dictionary for the word nice: "foolish, stupid, senseless, ignorant, not knowing." As a double witness I now give you one of the definitions of "nice" from the 1828 Webster's Dictionary: "Weak, foolish, effeminate." The first definition in that dictionary is, "Properly soft, whence delicate tender, dainty, sweet of very pleasant to the taste."
To me this explains what we have for men in the modern day church world, those churches called Judeo-Christian churches, where Reverend so and so is so nice. Those men are such nice men. True Christian men should never be nice. They should be kind, caring, doing unto others as they would have others do unto them, but don't be nice.
