I decided to post this tab, when I saw the other tab of
"My fatherīs eyes". I hope youīll think this one is better.
It was hard to transcribe it, but if you think itīs hard to play,
follow my ordinary advice.
"-If you got the cd, listen to the song, and play!"

Enjoy! John.H (Visit http://user.tninet.se/~jax696n/ for more clapton tabs)

Praying for the healing rain To restore my soul again. Just a toerag on the run. How did I get here? What have I done? When will all my hopes arise? How will I know him? When I look in my father's eyes. My father's eyes. When I look in my father's eyes. My father's eyes. Then the light begins to shine And I hear those ancient lullabies. And as I watch this seedling grow, Feel my heart start to overflow. Where do I find the words to say? How do I teach him? What do we play? Bit by bit, I've realized That's when I need them, That's when I need my father's eyes. My father's eyes. That's when I need my father's eyes. My father's eyes. Then the jagged edge appears Through the distant clouds of tears. I'm like a bridge that was washed away; My foundations were made of clay. As my soul slides down to die. How could I lose him? What did I try? Bit by bit, I've realized That he was here with me; I looked into my father's eyes. My father's eyes. I looked into my father's eyes. My father's eyes. My father's eyes. JEFFREY SCOTT COFFMAN ~ SEPTEMBER 26, 1967 ~ FEBRUARY 26, 1995
I just happened upon these ole photos yesterday, and I have been wanting to find some photos of my younger brother, Jeffrey Scott...His daughter, Riley, will celebrate her sixteenth birthday on December 13, 2009. I had planned to make a video of Jeffrey using many more photos that I do not have access to right now...So, with these few photos, I decided to bring to life as much as possible a few of the life and times of Jeffrey Scott...Anyone that knew him..could never forget him.. The turkeys represent Jeffrey's love for nature, critters, and old folk... I will never forget at 1:11... It was Jeff's birthday, and we gave him a great big ole ten gallon cowboy hat and a BB Gun... It brought him to tears, he was so happy and thankful...He wore that hat big and proud.. I somewhat put this together in a bit of a hurry because I wanted it here for Riley's sixteenth birthday...but, I do plan to get better photos and edit a little better..sorry, for the blurry photos..such sweet sweet memories.. Riley is a beautiful mix of her mom and dad...and, because of the magic of movie maker, I was able to capture that for a moment at 2:43..love that moment.. and, the photo of Jeff with the big smile...I believe that would be him right now applauding Riley for the beautiful young woman she has become...he was crazy about you when you were born...I do know that.. The photo where Riley's dad is beside her...They were both attending a Homecoming Dance.. how great is is to be able to find a way ...
