I think my jumping has improved since then and I'm in better shape; to see the most recent videos, go to the link below: My most recent JumpRock workout is at : www.youtube.com I'm 62 - I waslucky enough to have stumbled onto a couple of things that led to my being in much better shape at this age than I ever dreamed. I'm hoping to motivate others through my physical condition to follow my advice on how to develop an exericse habit - it's so easy most people won't take it seriously - but the real motivators that keep you going in the long run are fun and music. Well, of course there's also the euphoria.
