"WHAT AM I DOING THERE"
George Jones, _Walls Can Fall_

E
I no longer know
                A
What's real any more
                  E
In the back of my mind
                  B
I have opened the door
                  E
That leads to the past
                     A
And the love we once shared
                E B
I keep asking myself
                E
What am I doing there

chorus (same chords as verse):
What am I doing there
Holding you tight
Taking down your hair
Lying close by your side
Making believe
That you still care
My new life is here
What am I doing there

I don't get much rest
With this secret I keep
And I'm afraid that some night
Oh, I'll talk in my sleep
How could I explain
To the one lying there
She's loving me now
What am I doing there

(repeat chorus)

My new life is here
What am I doing there

Video What Am I Doing There

"Tennessee Whiskey" By George Jones Performed By "Ron Crites"
I do a bunch of George Jones songs, and the reason being is because they all tell a great story and it is solid country. I have had the pleasure to open for George Jones as a Solo Artist in 1999 at Emma, MO and also I was invited to play at "Brad Paisley 2004 Fan Club Party In Franklin, TN At "The Factory" Brad liked how I did Jones songs and because I was country. There is nobody that can replace George Jones he is the best. What I am doing is just keeping the fire going. Everywhere that I play I play his songs. Along with Merle Haggard and a lot of Classic Country. If you hear these songs and like them go to www.georgejones.com and by them from the master "Master George". Ron

George Lucas on Joseph Campbell (Part 3 of 7)
(Part 3 of 7) - www.youtube.com Pulled from four different documentaries, these seven clips clue us in on the relationship between mentor, scholar and author Joseph Campbell and Star Wars creator George Lucas. (Source: Star Wars: The Legacy Revealed, shown exclusively on the History Channel.) Did you know George Lucas originally envisioned the father of Indiana Jones as resembling his own guru, scholar Joseph Campbell? The New York Times: Mr. Lucas initially opposed the choice of Sean Connery to play the role of a bookish professor who has devoted his scholarly research to locating the Grail. "I thought he was too formidable a figure for the character as he was written," he said. "He was supposed to be a much older, completely out-of-his-element kind of guy, a scholar - like Joe Campbell." Steven Spielberg disagreed, saying, "Who better than the original James Bond to have given birth to this archaeologist adventurer and rogue?" ---------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------- (Part 1 of 7) - BANNED QUOTE: "About ten years ago I set out to write a children's film, and I had an idea of doing a modern fairy tale. My friends all around said, "What are you doing? You're crazy. You have to do something important. You have to do something that is socially relevant. You have to do something that is art with a capital A. You have to do what we're doing." I had been working on a project about Vietnam [Apocalypse Now] and I had abandoned it -- gave ...

Coast to Coast AM: 2010 The Year Ahead 1/12
Recorded: January 3 2010 The Seventh Anniversary Special George Noory returned from vacation to chat with psychic Joseph Jacobs about what he sees in store for the new year ahead, and beyond. Worldwide in January, he foresees some breaks, and some reconstruction. February will be a time of major changes, and some transportation problems. April will be the wettest month, and we could see some flooding. May becomes more constructive, but fuel prices will rise. June will unfortunately see a lot of losses. December will also be a wet month with difficulties in transportation. The economy should be better after the Spring, with more jobs returning. It will be doing much better by 2011, he said. Coast to Coast AM is a North American (US and Canada) late-night syndicated radio talk show which deals with a variety of topics, but most frequently ones that relate either to the paranormal, or to alleged conspiracies. It was created by Art Bell, airs seven nights a week 10:00 pm to 2:00 am Pacific Time, and is distributed by Premiere Radio Networks. Coast to Coast AM covers unusual topics, and is full of personal stories related by callers. While program content varies, most nights are focused toward the paranormal, and subjects such as the occult, remote viewing, hauntings, shadow people, psychic predictions, metaphysics, conspiracy theories, ufos, crop circles, cryptozoology, hollow earth theory and science fiction literature, among other paranormal and unusual topics. Since the ...
