I never realized the nevada one didn't have the solos, since I
already knew it, I haven't looked at them. Well, this is going to be
the whole song (or the itnro anyway), but the solo is in there. It may
not be perfect, this was tabbed from playing by ear, but it sounds
good to me, and it's how I've been playing it for a long time.
Enjoy...

Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here
Pink Floyd, Wish You Were Here (1975) EDIT: I think it's about time to add I a bit more to the description of this video.. Almost 4 years and 20 million views later... I put this video together late one night for a high school computer class project when I was in grade 10. The purpose of the activity was to demonstrate an ability to use the many simple functions available in a simple video editing program. My friend justin and I chose to create a montage of simple imagery and synchronize with Pink Floyd's masterpiece Wish You Were Here. The rest is history... Enjoy
Pink Floyd-Wish You Were Here (live)
PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION! THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS MY MOST WATCHED VIDEO!! IT MAKES ME SMILE EVERYTIME I SEE IT!! Good to know that people still appreciate one of the classics. Sry its not the whole thing, but I got most of the song and after it stops its only like another minute of repeating the same riff. Blame Youtube. They hate long videos (especially at the time I put this up). I had the whole thing but they decided to cut it off. ALSO!! I´m tired of everyone debating what´s good music and what´s bad. In truth any music can be good (i used to diss miley cyrus but she´s got a decent sense of musicianship, or at least whoever writes her stuff). My point is that all those who complain about the covers and others like emo bands...just stop. There is very little time in this world to love something which means there isn´t any time at all to hate it. If you don´t enjoy it then don´t listen to it but don´t think that your music is better just because of your tastes. I love Pink Floyd. More than any band that ever existed and that will forever stay true. However I also love Foo Fighters, Led Zep, Metallica, Dragonforce, Coheed and Cambria, BB King, the Beatles, Tupac and Biggie, George Gershwin, Avril Lavrine, Justin Timberlake, Fat Boy Slim, and many other styles of music. I´ll agree that I´m not a huge fan of country, blue grass, or opera but that doesn´t mean I hate them. Music is music, It each has its respective color and taste. But it all comes down to the same thing ...
Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here
This is the Pink Floyd song Wish You Were Here from same titled album, with images and lyrics added. Update: I'm so amazed that this video has been viewed over one million times! It was hastily thrown together and I would replace it with a version I could be prouder of, except that it might cause errors for those who have used the embedded code.
