STONE TEMPLE PILOTS

I guess that everybody who has purple (or whatever you want to
call that album),loves this song. It's so powerful !!!!
Anyway, it's very easy to play, you just have to properly keep
the rhythm.
I believe it's tuned half a step down.

I'm not going to tab out the weird intro because i haven't
figured it out. But what i do know is that the effect is
achieved using a phase shifter.

Stone Temple Pilots perform Army Ants off of their second studio album - Purple - while rocking PNC Pavilion in Cincy, OH. Scott Weiland stated that they had not played this song since the 1994 tour, some 15 years ago! STP is currently in the process of working on their sixth studio album - tentatively due out late 2009...and on a small East Coast tour for the next week or so...go support them if you can! This was the vc's only Summer '09 tour stop...but it was SO FANTASTIC - got to hang with MY BOY ah and Pete, chat with the deleo Bros for a small while, and finally got to hear 7CT live again. Great stuff!!!
